Bios
Paul Hanson
Managing Director
Paul Hanson is the Founder and Managing Director of Hanson Network. He focuses primarily on senior-level management positions in the life, annuity, health and property-casualty industries.
With more than 29 years of executive search experience, he has led and executed highly successful Chief Sales/Distribution Officer, Chief Information Officer, Chief Actuary/Risk Officer, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Financial Officer assignments for domestic and international clients. In addition, he has recruited Chief Human Resources officers and senior level human resource-related positions for the financial services industry.
Prior to founding Hanson Network, Mr. Hanson was a senior partner at another leading executive search firm.
Mr. Hanson graduated from Bradley University and lives in Arlington Heights with his wife Marni of 25 years and their three sons.
